I Love This Photo - Heraklion Port, Crete

This photo was taken in Heraklion Port, Island of Crete, on Saturday, February 14, 2009.Heraklion Port is one of the largest and busiest international ports of Greece, especially during the summer months, connecting the Island of Crete with Pireaus and the Greek Mainland, Island of Rhodes and other smaller Islands. Also it is a major stop-over for large holiday cruisers.
During the winter months, you have the opportunity to experience relaxing afternoon promenades next to the water. The depth of this image, the saturated winter colours and that man with the red jacket who came exactly at the right moment make me love that photo! Photographer's website
